Boston, Mass. – October 27, 2016 - The Ritz-Carlton, Boston invites guests to celebrate the start of the 2016 holiday season with a lavish Thanksgiving Day brunch in the hotel’s stunning ballroom which overlooks historic Boston Common. With family-friendly food stations, scrumptious pastries, live music and dessert decorating for children, cherished times and new memories are sure to be bountiful this Thanksgiving for all who enjoy dining with Ritz-Carlton.

And, for a more casual experience, especially if guests haven’t had their fill of turkey and all of its trimmings on Thanksgiving, Artisan Bistro will offer a prix-fixe dinner from 5pm to 9pm in the restaurant only. Executive Chef Frank Kassner’s prix-fixe menu includes Turkey Ballontine, Walnut Brioche Stuffing, Citrus Cranberry Jam, Sweet Potato Gratin and Roasted Root Vegetables. Cost is $35 per person, and a delicious dessert sampler is $15 per person. Reservations can be made by calling Artisan Bistro directly at 617-574-7176.
