GLOBAL CUISINE SERIES DINING EVENTS

In celebration of cuisines around the world, the resort offers a Global Cuisine Series on select weekend dates throughout the year featuring award-winning chefs from the Bay Area and beyond. These acclaimed chefs collaborate with Chef Jason Pringle of the resort’s signature restaurant Navio to present two dishes on the restaurant’s tasting menu as well as a pop-up station at the resort’s famed Sunday Brunch.

Friday, February 1 – 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Navio Tasting Menu with Johan Björkman of Michelin Star Koka, Gothenburg. Chef Johan Björkman's two featured dishes will be Charred Celeriac, Fried Onion and Creamy Oysters and Grilled Pork Belly, Crispy Pork Rind, Pickled Mussels, and Brussels Sprouts in Elderberry Vinegar.
$145 per guest (a la carte menu also served)

Sunday Brunch in Navio featuring Johan Björkman of Michelin Star Koka, Gothenburg. Chef Johan Björkman's pop up station will feature Oysters with Cucumber and Sago Pearls Marinated in Dill Ättika and Gravad Salmon with Mustard, Bronze Fennel and Black Kale.
