Savor Pumpkin Season at Navio and in The Conservatory

The chefs of The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay celebrate Pumpkin Season in Half Moon Bay with special pumpkin dishes on their menus throughout the month of October. Dishes on the menu at Navio, the resort's award-winning ocean cuisine restaurant by Chef de Cuisine Jason Pringle will include: Pumpkin Bisque with lobster, Pain d'Espices, shiso,  Pumpkin Gnudi with sage, ricotta and pumpkin pistou and for dessert, a pumpkin tart. At The Conservatory, serving a casual Californian menu by Chef Michael Riddell, pumpkin delights will include a Sugar Pie Pumpkin Sandwich with Creszenza, bloomsdale spinach, endive marmalade and lemon thyme vinaigrette and Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Soup with pumpkin seed brittle, curry oil.
