Valentine’s Day Themed Brunch and Dinner in Navio
With stunning views of the Pacific Ocean framing the restaurant, Navio combines subtle coastal flavors with fresh textures and savory accompaniments to offer refined ocean-to-table fare. On Sunday, February 11, 2018, Navio’s award-winning brunch will include a one-of-a-kind chocolate decadence room along with a rosé and bubbles bar to kick off the romantic festivities. The Valentine’s Day celebration continues Wednesday, February 14, 2018 with a five-course menu created by Chef Jason Pringle, featuring decadent dishes such as Davenport Abalone with cauliflower, almond, and chanterelle; Chestnut Tortellini with black truffle, parsnip, and chives; and Butter Poached Lobster with celery root, hazelnut, and sauce meurette.
Valentine’s Day Themed Brunch on Sunday, February 11 is $165 per guest; $99 per child ages five to 12. Seatings from 12:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Valentine’s Day Dinner on Wednesday, February 14 is $175 per guest; $105 per child ages five to 12. Seatings from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Perfect for two, the “Romancing the Stone” treatment pairs The Ritz-Carlton Spa’s signature Couples Massage with relaxing hot stones to rejuvenate the skin and melt away unwanted tension. A therapeutic massage incorporates warm basalt stones and moderate to deep pressure to restore energy and recharge the body in an intimate setting at one of the spa’s private couples room. To complete the experience, guests can wind down with a glass of champagne or sparkling cider along with a delicious chocolate treat.
