The Forests of the Lake

Discover another side of Lake Tahoe’s unique and diverse ecosystem. In cooperation with the Sugar Pine Foundation, group guests can work together to collect pine cones, plant trees and care for saplings. This special effort will help ensure the reforestation of Lake Tahoe’s native sugar pine trees and surrounding woods.

Protecting the Lake’s Future

Help preserve the deep blue waters of Lake Tahoe and its peaceful shoreline. With the League to Save Lake Tahoe, group guests can assist in invasive-species monitoring, trail restorations and water-quality improvements. These efforts help ensure the protection of the region’s pristine environment and allow future generations to enjoy this great natural wonder.
