9 a.m. / 60 minutes / daily

Yoga teaches students how to breathe well, stretch the body and relax, producing an overall heart-healthy workout. The various poses are designed to gently stretch muscles and enhance relaxation. Regular yoga workouts lower blood pressure, help relieve arthritis and headache pain, lower stress and help with sleeping problems.*

10 a.m. / 60 minutes / daily

Movements emphasize building strong abdominals and back muscles to enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment flexibility, grace and coordination. Use systematic practices of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns.*

*Children must be over the age of 12 to utilize the Fitness Center or attend a Yoga or Pilates class. Ages 13 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 18 and older are permitted unaccompanied.
