Held Each Evening in its Exclusive Club Lounge, Guests Can Take Home a Tip from the Hotel’s Expert Sommelier or Mixologist

MARINA DEL REY, CA – March 7th, 2017 – Beginning this month, guests who reserve either a Club Level guest room or upgrade to receive Club Level access can enjoy a mixology lesson or taste an unfamiliar wine as an additional perk every evening from 5-5:30 p.m.

Featuring panoramic views of the marina and cityscape, The Ritz-Carlton Club® Level is located on the waterfront hotel’s 11th floor and acts as an extension of the guest room, featuring premier offerings such as: four daily food presentations, a robust wine and alcohol selection, business center and a dedicated concierge to assist with any dining reservations or sightseeing activities.

“We are excited to connect our guests with our talented mixologists and sommeliers for lively and creative conversations about local wines and spirits,” says Director of Sales & Marketing, Ed Curry.
Utilizing a different spirit or wine each day, guests can learn how to craft local creations such as a Bee’s Knees gin cocktail, a new twist on a Moscow Mule or sample rare wines from Napa Valley and Sonoma.

“Our guests love to get introduced to new things and try new beverages, so this is a fun way to spend time with people,” explains Curry.

Conveniently located near some of the most sough-after tech companies such as YouTube, IMAX and the future Google campus, The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey has recently undergone extensive guest room enhancements, most recently finishing one of its premier ballrooms that overlooks the marina last month.
