Executive Chef Umit Kaygusuz Hand-Selects Southern California Favorites for his Three-Course Prix Fixe Menu that Highlights Local Vendors and Seasonal Ingredients

MARINA DEL REY, CA – April 11th, 2016 – Nestled along one of the largest man-made marinas in the world, The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey’s waterfront restaurant, Cast & Plow, will host its popular Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 8th from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The prix fixe menu, priced at $80 per adult (with a bottomless Champagne option for an additional $18) will feature a variety of small and large plates such as: crispy rock shrimp with local radish and meyer lemon aioli, a beef pot roast with slow braised short rib, caramelized root vegetables and mustard jus, organic salmon with chive potato purée, and a made-to-order Belgium waffle station with a selection of childhood favorite toppings.

Margarita Scrub and Massage

Experience a relaxing 60-minute treatment that begins with a Zents Shea Butter Scrub followed by a therapeutic massage. Afterward, enjoy the hotel’s waterfront pool or indulge in the eucalyptus steam room to cleanse the body and soul. Price: $150.

Margarita Pedicure

The 45-minute pedicure begins with a Zents Epson Salt Soak, followed by a Shea Butter Scrub infused with lime essential oil and sliced lime to exfoliate and refresh your feet. At the end of the treatment, enjoy a blue agave lotion to soothe and moisturize, along with a hot stone leg massage. Price: $55.
