RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. -- October 30, 2015 – In preparation for the holiday season, The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage will welcome guests with an indulgent Thanksgiving Day menu to appeal to all families. For a memorable Thanksgiving Day feast created with high quality, fresh ingredients accompanied with unparalleled service and breathtaking panoramic views of the desert, State Fare Bar + Kitchen is the ideal destination to celebrate with family.

Served from noon until 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, guests can experience State Fare Bar + Kitchen’s all-inclusive, bountiful and multi-course spread in the unmatched luxurious setting of The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage. Guests will be privy to the lively chef’s display kitchen as dishes are thoughtfully prepared throughout the day.

  • Omelet and egg station with cheddar, goat cheese and feta additions and an
    assortment of meats and vegetables 
  • A selection of warm breakfast meats including smoked turkey, pecan wood
    bacon and chorizo sausage
