For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in choosing the types of treatment that best meet your individual needs or desires.
 

How do I make an appointment?

Appointments are available seven days a week 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The reservations desk operates 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Appointments for services will be reserved with a credit card. Please request a service or call the reservations desk at (415) 364-3460 to book your appointment. 

What is the cancellation policy?
To avoid being subject to 100% of the treatment price, cancellations and changes for treatments or services must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments. The full service (s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no show appointments.

Is there any age restriction?
Guests must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult.

What time should I arrive for my spa service(s)? 

We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of your first scheduled service. This allows you time to check in at the desk and change into your robe and sandals. We also recommend that you shower before any massage or body service, as a warm shower helps relax the muscles, making them more receptive to touch. You may choose to arrive even earlier or stay after your treatment or workout to enjoy the the eucalyptus steam room located in the men and women's locker facilities area.

What if I’m late?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced, and the full treatment price will apply.
