Made entirely in-house by the hotel’s pastry team, Toronto's Largest Gingerbread House is adorned with sugar windows and trimmed with over 250 pounds of royal icing, the giant confection also features an indoor faux fireplace, holiday movies and a complimentary candy station.

Nutcracker Tea

The culinary artists at the Ritz-Carlton have created a delectable Afternoon Tea menu representing some of the most iconic characters of the beloved holiday story “The Nutcracker”. Guests will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine along with artisanal teas by Toronto Master Tea sommelier, Hoda Paripoush, while an appearance by the Nutcracker Prince himself will delight little ones as they enjoy their choice of white or dark hot chocolate.
