Michelin-star chef Oliver Glowig returns to The Ritz-Carlton to host
exclusive truffle event at TOCA
TORONTO, ON – October 24, 2017 – This November, indulge in one of the world’s most sought-after ingredients with Truffle Week at TOCA. From November 7-11th, Chef Oliver Glowig of Rome, Italy will join TOCA chef Daniele Trivero to offer guests a choice of four or five-course tasting menus, or an exclusive in-kitchen dining experience.
Featured dishes include sweetbread with tarragon, burrata cheese and black truffle; or black cod with Jerusalem artichokes, almond milk foam and white alba truffle. Guests will also have the option to pair each dish with a selection of wines by in-house wine director, Lorie O’Sullivan.
And, for the ultimate experience guests can book the exclusive TOCA Chef’s Table, where they will enjoy a 6-course menu and hands-on cooking demonstration with Chef Glowing.
