TOCA at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto introduces interactive monthly tasting event
TORONTO, ON – December 3, 2015 - Sharing its passion for artisanal cheeses, TOCA at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is pleased to introduce an exclusive event series centered around its popular Cheese Cave. Starting December 5th, the hotel’s signature restaurant will host monthly events to showcase both local and international cheese producers.
Led by Head Chef, Jitin Gaba, General Manager, Peter Muir and resident Sommelier, Lorie O’Sullivan, the TOCA Cheese Cave Event Series will take place once a month and will feature a different theme with unique pairings. Highlights include cheddar and beer, fondue and scotch and soft cheeses with champagne. Guests will learn how to taste cheese and identify flavour profiles, and will be given tips for entertaining at home and more.
