Signature restaurant TOCA celebrates National Grilled Cheese Day with
month-long special menu

TORONTO, ON March 28, 2017 – Canada’s favourite comfort food is getting a makeover this April, as TOCA at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto celebrates National Grilled Cheese Day on April 12th with a special menu sure to melt any cheese lover’s heart.

Inspired by the restaurant’s popular Cheese Cave, the restaurant will feature five cheesy options including the signature TOCA sandwich which contains house-made sour dough bread, Lobster, Niagara prosciutto, truffle pecorino, 5th town capreggio, topped with either black truffle or caviar.

During the month of April, the restaurant will also offer four additional varieties including:

Short rib
Brie, caramelized onion, Cajun mayo

Italian 
Italian pepperoni, roast peppers, mozzarella, tomato & olive sauce

Vegetarian
Eggplant, artichoke, red pepper, pepperoncini, olive tapenade, smoked provolone

Seafood
Trout, branzino, shrimp, kale, smoked mozzarella
