Reservations now open for 2018 culinary event series at
Toronto’s premiere Italian restaurant

TORONTO, ON – January 24, 2018 – Following a successful 2017 launch, TOCA at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is pleased to bring back its popular Tastemakers Series.  Designed for culinary enthusiasts, the series will again feature a selection of interactive events including exclusive wine tastings, workshops, specialty menus and immersive food experiences.

Fresh Pasta Making Class – January 27th
Learn the secret of making delicious pasta from Chef Daniele Trivero.

Valentine’s Wine and Cheese Tasting – February 10th
Join Chef Daniele Trivero for this exclusive soft cheese and chocolate wine pairing event and interactive cooking demonstration.

Valentine’s Dessert Making Class – February 13th
Take part in a special dessert making class with Pastry Chef Gael Moutet at our Chef’s Table.

Two Sisters Wine Dinner – February 27th
Join renowned winemaker Adam Pearce from Two Sisters Vineyards and gain a whole new appreciation for Niagara reds including an exclusive tasing of Intervin Gold Two Sisters Cabernet Franc 2013.

Canadian Wine and Cheese Tasting – March 3rd
Discover delicious Canadian cheeses paired with Canadian wines and an interactive cooking demonstration with Chef Daniele Trivero.

Preserved Food Cooking Class – March 24th
Learn the trade secrets of how to make fresh tomato sauce, jams & jellies, condiments; as well as how to can, freeze dry and preserve food from Chef Daniele Trivero.
