New culinary series launched at Toronto’s premiere Italian restaurant
TORONTO, ON – May 15, 2017 – TOCA at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is pleased to announce a new event series for culinary enthusiasts. In addition to the popular Cheese Cave workshops available throughout the year, TOCA will host several interactive culinary events including exclusive wine tastings, specialty menus and immersive food experiences.

Pio Cesare Winemakers Dinner – May 25th
Pio Cesare of Piedmont along with Michelin Star Chef Oliver Glowig of Rome will host this exclusive evening with pairings from his private collection.
Alba White Truffle Week – November 1st – 4th
Savour the delicate flavor of the Alba white truffle with a seasonal menu created by Chef Oliver Glowig.
