PALM BEACH, ARUBA – DECEMBER 1, 2015 – The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba proudly announced today that Ms. Altagracia Lampe was awarded “Manager of the Year” during the 2015 Aruba Shoco Awards held recently on the island. In addition to Ms. Lampe, three additional Ladies and Gentleman from The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba were nominated for awards including Ms. Lucia Franken – Supervisor of the Year, Carlos Irausquin – One Happy Island Ambassador, and Elba Fajardo – Employee of the Year.
The Shoco Awards are hosted annually by the Aruba Tourism Authority and Hotel Association, honoring individuals within the hospitality industry on the island. Honorees are recognized for their unique service excellence qualities, hospitality experience and outstanding contributions to the success of Aruba’s tourism industry.
