Immerse in a hands-on culinary experience like no other, working within the famed kitchen of Blue by Eric Ripert. Under the tutelage of some of the finest members of the culinary team, you will be prepping and cooking your own meal, from the menu selections of Blue by Eric Ripert.

To reward your hard work, take a well-earned seat in the Blue dining room and indulge on the fruits of your creation as a part of a specialty five- or seven-course Chef’s tasting menu, selected based on your personal preferences.

 As a part of the experience, guests will receive a signed Eric Ripert Cookbook and their own personalized Chef’s Jacket from Blue by Eric Ripert.
