They will work alongside you to help you achieve a simple goal: to leave our cooking lessons with the experience and confidence to reproduce newly learned recipes and techniques.

Immersion Into Blue

Wednesday to Saturdays

Starting at $350 CI per person for 7 course $315 CI for 5 course not inclusive of service charge or wine pairing.

Indulge in a one hour, hands on culinary experience working within the famed kitchen of Blue by Eric Ripert. Under the tutelage of some of the finest members of the culinary team during this time you will be prepping and cooking your own meal, from our Blue menu options. To reward your hard work, take a well-earned seat in the Blue dining room and feast on the fruits of your labor as a part of a specialty five or seven course Chefs tasting menu, selected based on your personal preference.

As a part of the experience, guests will receive an Eric Ripert Cookbook & their own personalized Blue Chefs’ Jacket.

Please wear closed toed shoes and long pants are preferable for safety reasons.
