Holiday Event Marks Final Sunday Brunch of the Season
GEORGE TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN – 12 April, 2017 – An elegant, vintage-inspired brunch will delight guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman this Mother’s Day, as a springtime feel and Hendrick’s tea party are set to highlight the day’s festivities. A lavish Mother’s Day brunch spread will be the season’s final Sunday Brunch for SEVEN, with the weekly Sunday tradition then set to resume in November 2017.
For Mother’s Day, May 14, brunch at SEVEN will feature springtime cocktails created by mixologists Amba Lamb and Simon Crompton, flowing Moët & Chandon Champagne, and a special Baileys table serving Baileys-inspired desserts and milkshakes. A feast of culinary highlights will include three choices of Caviar, a Seafood Raw Bar, Smoked Fish, Red Wine-Poached Ribeye, Salt-Crusted Snapper, Peking Duck, Lavender-Crusted Lamb Shoulder, Coq au Vin, Oysters Rockefeller, Prosciutto-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, breakfast favorites such as Truffle Eggs Benedict, Vegetarian and Pasta Selections and more –finishing with an irresistible array of desserts.
Live music will entertain those in attendance, and a photo booth will allow guests to create special memories of the day with Mom and other loved ones.
