GEORGE TOWN, Grand Cayman --  May 15, 2017 – The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is presenting a special dining experience for this Father’s Day weekend, to be highlighted by Father’s Day Saturday – An Evening Celebration at SEVEN.

The special new barbecue dinner is designed for fathers, sons, brothers, friends and family, who can begin their celebration with a Bulleit Bourbon trailer and selection of canapes to include Seared Duck Breast,

Caybrew-Braised Lamb Meatballs, Smoked Wahoo Croquette and Mini-Fully Loaded Potatoes. Main course selections will include an exceptional 60-Day, Bulleit Bourbon Dry-Aged Bone-in Ribeye, as well as Marinated Shrimp Espetada and Grilled Jerk Poulet Rouge. Reservations are required.
