OUT OF THE BLUE
For epicureans coveting the world-class flavors of Blue by Eric Ripert in a uniquely casual setting, the restaurant has introduced Out of the Blue.
Presenting tasting-menu sizes of Blue’s award-winning cuisine, the new offering features two, three or four courses, served on a first-come/first-served basis in the Blue lounge or bar area only. The chefs will determine the included courses “out of the blue,” based upon each day’s catch and fresh harvests. Out of the Blue features limited seating, special pricing and a shorter service time, with no reservations accepted. Optional wine pairings are available. Out of the Blue options include:
Aficionados of Indian cuisine can enjoy a relaxed new outdoor dining experience at Bar Jack’s weekly pop-up restaurant, Bombay Brasserie, presented Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. Priced at $55 CI, the specialty Indian menu is served family-style and changes weekly, with guests welcomed upon arrival with a glass of refreshing Mango Lassi. Sample menu highlights include main course selections of creamy chicken tikka, coconut cobia curry, lamb rogan josh, and aloo mutter, all prepared by a Ritz-Carlton team of expert Indian chefs.
