A Yuletide Adventure to Jost Van Dyke
To experience a true Caribbean Christmas, guests can sail away on Lady Lynsey for a festive day of fun in the sun on the British Virgin Island of Jost Van Dyke. The holiday celebration includes a refreshing snorkel followed by an afternoon soaking in the turquoise blue waters of White Bay while experiencing the island’s iconic Soggy Dollar Bar. December 24; 8 A.M.-4 P.M.

Christmas Cove Snorkel
Named by Christopher Columbus, who spent Christmas there 500 years ago, Christmas Cove offers spectacular snorkeling amid crystal-clear waters and can be reached by the resort’s 53-foot catamaran. With Santa aboard, plus festive treats and music, being out on the water for Christmas Day will prove to be the most memorable holiday to date. December 25; 12:30 P.M.-3:30 P.M.

Local Culinary Delights
In Caribbean black cake, currants, raisins and prunes are soaked in a mixture of rum and wine for months before being used in the cake. Once it is baked, it is ‘watered’ daily with rum to intensify the flavor and maintain moistness.
