Luxury beach resort partners with Department of Tourism for ‘Real Nice Groups’ promotion

ST. THOMAS, U.S.V.I.MAY 9, 2017 The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, a 180-room luxury beach resort on the east side of St. Thomas, is collaborating with the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism by participating in a new group promotion in honor of the territory’s centennial, celebrating the perfect welcome the picturesque U.S. territory offers to meeting and incentive groups. The “Real Nice Groups” promotion includes complimentary round -trip airport transfers to the resort, complimentary Virgin Islands-themed welcome gift bags for group attendees, and customized airport welcome signage and entertainment for a truly authentic island welcome.

“This promotion is so exciting because it celebrates groups at yet another level beyond what we already offer them, with a warm and vibrant welcome reflective of the island culture,” said Cliff Brutus, director of sales and marketing for the resort. “The summer and fall are wonderful times to travel to the islands and our team looks forward to welcoming groups for a luxury island getaway they won’t soon forget.”

The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, one of four participating hotels in St. Thomas, boasts a variety of memorable experiences that await groups in this island playground. Lady Lynsey, the resort’s luxury catamaran, host groups of up to 49 people for island-hopping to St. John and the British Virgin Islands, as well as for snorkel sails and sunset cruises.
