Cocoa Lab now offers the opportunity for guests to book private Cocoa Lab classes to learn culinary secrets from The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte's seasoned Pastry Chefs. Guests who book a private class will prepare and enjoy their own selection of treats, and take home a Bar Cocoa apron and a recipe book. This hands-on experience is ideal for a unique date night, a girls’ get-together, or even employee team-building.
