Cooking Classes

Guests will create their own internationally-inspired tapas and a cocktail during cooking classes led by Executive Sous Chef Juan Pablo de la Sota Riva. At the end of each Thursday evening class, Chef will present the completed tapas to guests, who will enjoy their creations to Latin and jazz rhythms in K Lounge.

Classes will take place from 6 – 9 p.m. and will begin with a cocktail demonstration.
