CHARLOTTE, NC – April 2017 – Cocktail lovers can sip their way through spring with a menu of dazzling new cocktails at The Punch Room – as head mixologist and cocktail creative Bob Peters has dug deep into local spirits and seasonal harvests to create vibrant tastes for warmer weather. The new cocktails and punches are highlighted by fresh garnishes which Peters grows in the rooftop gardens of The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte, and by simple syrups which he crafts in secret quarters known to only a few.
New stars on Peters’ menu are the Buzzed Bunny, Easy Like Sunday Morning, Queen City Beets, A Rad Miracle, Corn on Corn, Mediterranean Flizz, Rocky’s Honey, Black Bubbles, Jager Punch, All CLT Punch, and “27 and Damn Fine!”
27 and Damn Fine!: Fernet Branca, Vida Mezcal, Damn Fine Mocha Liqueur, arbol chili pepper
Fernet Branca, homemade blackberry syrup, topped with prosecco
The Punch Room’s artisan-crafted small plates also bring new flavors for the spring, as Flounder Ceviche, Beef Cheek Tacos, and King Crab have been added to its latest menu of existing sweet and savory favorites.
