The prized black truffle from picturesque Norcia has always been a favorite since the Middle Ages, particularly at the tables of the nobility and epicures. People believe its aroma is something like a “quintessence” which has an “ecstatic effect” on human beings. In January, Chef Fabio will bring the legendary “ecstatic effect” of this delicacy to your table by blending together different ingredients such as seared scallop wagyu tenderloin, the famous Italian homemade mortadella, carnaroli rice and porcini mushrooms. It’s pure indulgence at the beginning of the year. Six-course set menu. A la carte and wine pairing selections are also available.
