Chef Fabio, a native of Italy, and his team are preparing a delectable menu that is guaranteed to offer you a nutritious and time-saving meal. Starter highlights are Potato Cappuccino and Veal with Tuna Sauce. Main courses include Ravioli, Homemade Tagliolini, Angus Beef Medallion and Baked Sea Bass. Luxurious Boston Lobster
Lobster is famous for its unique flavor and texture. Guest Chef Liang brings the most innovative Sichuan cuisine to Qi
Chef Liang from The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu will be the guest chef at Qi from July 13 to 15. He is set to introduce the most innovative Cantonese cuisine from Sichuan to diners in Beijing. He recommends Sichuan-Style Crispy Chicken with Spiced Ginkgo, Steamed Chinese Baby Cabbage, Qing Cheng Mountain Bacon, Marinated Beef Short Ribs on Bamboo Charcoal, Braised Beef Short Ribs with Ma Po Tofu, and Abalone Dan Noodles.
