Chef Fabio, a native of Italy, and his team are preparing a delectable menu that is guaranteed to offer you a nutritious and time-saving meal. Starter highlights are Potato Cappuccino and Veal with Tuna Sauce. Main courses include Ravioli, Homemade Tagliolini, Angus Beef Medallion and Baked Sea Bass. Complete the meal with a selection of irresistible desserts from the dessert trolley.

Prosperous Poon Choi at Qi

Poon Choi, reflecting home-style cooking, originated from Guangdong Province. Delight in this culinary tradition which features a range of seasonal ingredients such as Chinese herbs, pine mushroom, buckwheat cooked with baby abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw and shrimps from Chef Li’s hometown.
