Every two months his crafted menu will represent the cuisine of a different region of Italy, from Piedmont to Sicily throughout the seasons.

Stop by at Tuscany and try out authentic local’s most favorite dishes. Tuscany is famous for its unique variety of food and typical products coming from its rich fertile land. All dishes are made using fresh, high-quality ingredients that bring natural flavors in each dish Chef Amedeo selected 6 dishes in a 4 course menu, including Rich Tomato Stew with Langostine, Black Caviar and Scallops; Traditional Tuscan Vegetable Soup with slow cooked Egg and Black Truffle; Beef Cosomme with Tortellini and Pork; Braised Brunello di Montalcino Pork Belly and more.

Chef Ferri grew up in the region of Umbria, Italy, renowned for its spectacular hills and vineyards. Food and wine are as much a part of Umbria's charm as its scenery and history. His creativity, experience and passion for food will enable him to create new and exciting delicacies for Barolo.
