Chef Altamash Iqbal originally from Lucknow, with his unique culinary creativity, passion and dedication has set a shining path for himself and is known as a “Magic Chef”. “Indian likes to cook with vast array of spices, especial Curry, which gives the food a delicious taste and beautiful golden color.” said Chef Altamash.

Chef Altamash and the culinary team of The Ritz – Carlton, Beijing select the imported food ingredients and spices to bring guests an unforgettable gastronomic experience, such as curry lamb, curry vegetables, Parata, tandoor roasted chicken in tomato sauce and many other popular dishes. Moreover, Chef Altamash will demonstrate how to brew the masala tea onsite to showcase the unique Indian flavors during the weekend brunch.
