BEIJING, CHINA – Indulge in a Malaysian Food Paradise at The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing from May 16 to 29. Savour authentic Malaysian cuisine specially prepared by guest chef Muhammad Hazwan Bin Mohd Hamdan from The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur.

The launch party of the Malaysian Food Paradise will be held at the Chapel and Garden of The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing on May 13. Guests will enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience with authentic Malaysian flavors, traditional performances and experience a distinctive Malaysian bazaar.

The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing is delighted to welcome Guest Chef Muhammad Hazwan Bin Mohd Hamdan from The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur, who will showcase his culinary prowess at the food festival. Apart from the Malaysian food buffet at Aroma, you can also learn how to cook traditional Malaysian family-style dishes with Chef Muhammad Hazwan. Dishes include Fish in spicy coconut gravy, Chicken Rendang and Beef Cooked in Spicy Chilli Gravy.

Guests will also stand a chance to win a trip with two economy class round trip tickets by Malaysia Airlines for travel from Beijing to Kuala Lumpur including four nights and five days’ stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur.

The Malaysian Food Paradise festival is available for both lunch and dinner buffet at Aroma from May 16 to 29, 2016.
