Beijing, March 1, 2017 - This March Italian Chef Amedeo Ferri salutes the great artist Zhu Danian through his art of cooking and passion for food. Dishes inspired by floral notes of breathtaking paintings with Magnolia, Lily and Lilacs will be presented through an unique degustation menu at Barolo.

Chef Amedeo was amazed when he appreciated the floral series paintings by Zhu Danian; especially the first time the painting <Magnolia> surprised him. Chef Amedeo knows that the magnolia is a symbol of nobility, perseverance and love of nature in China. The strength of its bloom also stands for self-respect and self-esteem. Inspired by the painting, Chef Amedeo created the menu, in which he uses seasonal ingredients and integrates floral elements into the presentation. Guests will enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

“Creating the delicacies is the same as drawing a painting, it needs creativity and passion.” said Chef Amedeo. Excite your taste buds and explore the artistic paradise in the early spring; experience the art of gastronomy.

Classic Italian cuisine with a modern twist is served in quiet elegance and cozy ambiance of Barolo, where dining provides an exceptional Italian experience, defining the Italian lifestyle in Beijing.
