Guangzhou, China – September 4, 2017 – Master Chef Bill Fu from the one-Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau will present his distinctive dishes at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou, teaming up with the restaurant’s Chef Guo from September 21 to 23, 2017. Guests can begin their extraordinary culinary journey with an exquisite limited-time selection during Chef Fu’s stay.
With more than 25 years’ work experience focused on Cantonese cuisine, Chef Fu developed a distinct style of blending innovation and tradition, and worked at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong for many years. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Chinese restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau, he is well known for his dedication to achieving the one-Michelin-star honor.
As for this trip to Guangzhou, Chef Fu brings to the table the highest level of craftsmanship with premium ingredients from all over the world, offering an eight-course fusion set menu featuring blue lobster, crispy grouper fillet, stir-fried wagyu beef and black truffle for three evenings. The set menu is priced at RMB 1,288* per person, and selected wines are also available for a complete dining experience.
