Ms. Maggie Wen, Director of Sales and Marketing of The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou, will oversee business development, sales execution, public relations, marketing, revenue management and room reservations, in order to bolster the hotel’s status as a prestigious Forbes Five-Star hotel for four consecutive years and as the premier luxury hotel in Southern China.

As a veteran with over 12 years of hospitality experience in the industry, Maggie was part of the opening team of The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou. Leaving the company in 2013 to brave herself at The Westin Pazhou, Maggie spent over four years in the largest exhibition complex, and also held numerous leadership roles in the sales division during her tenure. Prior to rejoining The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou team as Director of Sales in August 2017, Maggie held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at the property.

During her leisure time, Maggie enjoys Pilates, one of her favorite recreational activities.
