From January 17 to 20, the glitzy Michelin starred Chef Michealangelo Mammoliti will be hosting a four-day culinary affair at the Limoni. Bringing the taste of home from La Madernassa Restaurant in Guarene, Piedmont, Chef Michelangelo’s dishes vary according to what the nature and seasons has to offer.

The culinary roots of Italian-born Chef Michelangelo can be traced back to his childhood when he used to spend time with his grandparents in their restaurant in Giaveno, Piedmont. He started his career with a remarkable experience with Gualtiero Marchesi (Alberta and Marchesino). As he first met Stefano Baiocco (Grand Hotel Villa Feltrinelli), his life has changed profoundly. Leaving for France, he joined three-star Chefs’s equipe, working for Alain Ducasse, Pierre Gagnaire and Yannick Alléno. His career goes onto The Saint Père sous Vezelay working with Chef Marc Meneau, flourished his deepest passion for cooking and exceeding guests’ expectation.

Becoming a senior professional Chef himself, forged his own culinary philosophy: demand, excellence, rigor are his key beliefs to his success. Chef Michelangelo enjoys in introducing many dimensions, making his menu a culinary composition rather than a mere meal. Meanwhile he also loves the idea of going back to his origins, to the fascinating home of white truffle.

During his time at LIMONI, Chef Michelangelo will be showcasing a medley of inspired delicacies with Italian staples, to the delight of all avid gourmands. In addition, LIMONI has also handpicked a variety of vintage wines to create an excellent wine-pairing experience.
