The highlight, offered from December 24 to 25 is the Christmas Degustation Menu. Nine tempting and beautifully plated courses will be served, with an appetizer course comprising Smoked Fish Fillet with 5 Spices, Bean Curd Sheet Roll Stuffed with Crabmeat and Marinated Eggplant with Pomelo Sauce and Vinegar, concluding with a delightful dessert platter featuring Green Tea Puff with Lotus Seed Paste, Taro Cake with Coconut Mousse and Crispy Sweetened Cream Roll with Cocoa.

For guests who crave bubbles, the dinner menu comes with a glass of NV Perrier-Jouët, Grand Brut Champagne. Champagne lovers have the option of taking the dining experience to the next level by upgrading it to 2008 Perrier-Jouët, Belle Epoque – a prestigious choice that is perfect to sip while experiencing Lai Heen’s breathtaking views.

With the enjoyment continuing through the month, guests should not miss Lai Heen’s indulgent New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu. Available on December 31, guests can usher in the New Year by savoring premium seafood dishes such as Hokkaido Scallop with Sea Urchin in Sea Salt, Simmered French Blue Lobster with Mushroom Sauce, Deep-fried Crab Claw Flavored with Chili and Crispy Garlic, and many more.

The most discerning guests will be spoilt for choices the moment they step inside The Ritz-Carlton Café, evoking timeless French elegance during the holiday season. “Le Menu de Noël” includes a festive welcome drink and a wine pairing option, offering a new rendition of the well-loved Roasted Marinated Turkey, Wild Mushrooms, Chestnut, Cherry Griotte and Yellow Wine Sauce, or Beef Tenderloin in Crust, paired with Potato Soufflé and Black Truffle, and ending with Chocolate Yule Log Cake served with Hazelnut Crisp. “Le Menu de Noël” is available from December 24 to 25.

Diners are further invited to extend the celebrations into the New Year with the Le Menu de Fête. On New Year’s Eve, seafood aficionados will be thrilled to dive into the offerings including Saint Michel Oyster 2 Ways, Cauliflower Chantilly, Caviar, Cured Seabass and Lobster Bisque, Britany Blue Lobster; and many more.

Welcome December’s arrival with a special selection of Christmas themed cocktails at The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge. From December 1 to 31, guests can spend the night with the warm aroma of Mulled Red Wine or the rich flavors of Homemade Eggnog, priced at MOP108** per glass.

As the night draws on, The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge will enliven the evening with a live band and champagne parties. This New Year’s Eve, The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge is hosting The Great Gatsby Party that will welcome the arrival of 2018 in an unforgettable fashion. Be part of our vibrant party and dance the night away with your loved ones while enjoying tantalizing cocktails, delightful snacks and sensational live music by DJ Mistrezz C, resident DJ of Ozone at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.

Priced at MOP 200** per guest, the entrance fee includes a glass of champagne. Starting from MOP 1,300**, guests can also choose from group packages for table for two to six which will include the entrance fee, not less than one bottle of Perrier-Jouët Champagne and tapas.

These New Year’s Eve celebrations tap into a variety of gourmet offerings including a live station for freshly shucked oysters and hand carved Ibérico ham, plus more tapas as well as a variety of spirits and wines to toast 2018.
