Ring in an Indulgent Season at Lai Heen
Having attained a Michelin Star in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2018 for the second year in a row, contemporary Chinese restaurant Lai Heen has curated a special array of Chinese New Year menus for the 2018 Spring Festival.

Available from February 15 to 23, the six-course Chinese New Year Lunch Menu is definite the one to look forward to for gourmet lovers. The Chinese New Year Menu, meanwhile, is an eight-course menu featuring two signature dishes such as Double-boiled Chicken Broth with Abalone, Coconut and Papaya, and Sautéed Lobster Fillet with Yunnan Topped with Superior Bird’s Nest. Lai Heen’s Executive Chef Bill Fu continues to wield the finest display of craftsmanship and culinary artistry, even bestowing New Year’s dishes with auspicious names to signify the luck they will bring to guests.

Guests seeking an a-la-carte dining experience can savor a menu of Chef Bill’s personal Chinese New Year Chef Recommendations which consist of an eclectic mix of seafood and meat dishes, such as Shredded Roasted Duck with Cantaloupe, Melon, Carrot, Taro and Mango in Sesame Sauce, Double-boiled Silky Fowl with Panax Ginseng and Geoduck and Steamed Hokkaido Scallop with Black Mushroom in Grain Wine Sauce. Guests can also look no further to mouthwatering selection of exquisite Chinese New Year Dim Sum, such as Steamed Sea Cucumber Dumpling with Sweet Corn and Buddha Melon and Steamed Shrimp Dumpling with Water Chestnut, Air-dried Oyster and Celery which are ideal for gatherings with your loved ones.

In addition, The Ritz-Carlton, Macau is launching the Rice Pudding Treasure Box in very limited quantity to celebrate the arrival of Chinese New Year from January 1 to February 15. Each set contains a traditional Glutinous Rice Pudding and Water Chestnut Pudding that will be sure to tantalize guests’ taste buds.

On February 18, ring in the Chinese New Year in elegant French style with a Chinese New Year Brunch.
