More than ten global culinary artists will conjure over 40 gastronomic experiences ranging from exquisite chefs’ tables, interactive cooking classes, spectacular mixology workshops and wine tasting sessions to an “All Star Brunch”, all with the authentic flavors of Macau taking center stage. Star-studded Extravaganza at the “All Star Fusion Brunch” by World’s Best Chefs

Paying homage to The Fifth Ritz-Carlton Annual Asia-Pacific Food & Wine Festival, this star-studded “All Star Brunch”, presented by Diego Muñoz, Erlantz Gorostiza, Andres Lara (trained at the prestigious French Pastry School in Chicago, brings over twelve years of experience in pastry making), Paco Pérez (well-known Michelin Chef and has a total tally of five Michelin stars) and Paul Lau, will see all of the internationally acclaimed guest chefs coming together to offer a myriad of culinary treats, reflecting the wealth of experience from their unique heritage, fused with the Macanese touch. Each individual chef will present their own stories and emotions through food, reflecting a kaleidoscope of culture, traditions and memories. With breathtaking and uninterrupted views of Cotai Macau, guests can truly revel in gastronomic creations of the highest standards and unsurpassed service excellence on the 51st floor, at both Lai Heen, the highest Chinese restaurant in Macau as well as the contemporary The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge.

Exquisitely Delightful Afternoon Tea Showcases by The Ritz-Carlton Pastry Artisans

World-renowned pastry chefs will introduce flavor profiles that embody beauty and femininity, presenting the elixir of life on a plate. Jean-Luc Vasseur from The Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai Pudong will be showcasing a range of simple yet innovative pastry treats using only the best ingredients and seasonal products. To add to the sophisticated afternoon experiences, The Ritz-Carlton Pastry Chef Andres Lara will bring his years of valuable experience at Michelin-starred restaurants such as elBulli in Spain and Iggy’s in Singapore to present an array of deliciously engaging sessions, such as chocolate making classes and a chocolate afternoon tea buffet.  Tea sommeliers from Palais des Thés – founded by one of the world’s most recognized tea experts Mr. Francois Xavier Delmas from France –  will also offer artisanal, handcrafted works of wonder to complement each and every bite of the delicious afternoon tea flavors.
