To celebrate the arrival of spring, Lai Heen’s Chef Bill Fu is charming diners’ taste buds with a brand new delightful Set Lunch and Dim Sum Menu. Refined in presentation and delectable in taste, the delightful Set Lunch, Dim Sum and Sea Urchin Menu comprise dishes with the unique and modern style of One- Michelin-Starred Cantonese cuisine.
Lai Heen’s gastronomic masters will lead diners through a culinary journey of color and flavor. Freshly prepared and attentively served, the delightful Set Lunch includes Chef’s Special Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables, Simmered Pumpkin with Seasonal Vegetables in Garlic and Shrimp Sauce, Sweetened Longan Soup with Fungus in Rose Honey, and more. It is priced at MOP$398* per person or MOP$468* for diners who wish to include a Poached Crispy Rice with Scallop, Squash Melon and Mushroom.
Lai Heen guests can also sample a new range of exquisite dim sum. Featuring classic Cantonese flavours, as well as modern interpretations of beloved, traditional dishes, the new Dim Sum offerings at Lai Heen are a tantalizing treat for diners. Sample Steamed Pork Dumpling with Shrimp and Abalone in Boletus Sauce, featuring authentic abalone from Australia; Steamed Rice Flour Roll Stuffed with Wagyu Beef and Black Pepper; Simmered Bean Curd Sheet Roll Stuffed with Korean Beef and Water-chestnut in Aged Tangerine Peel Soup; and a full menu of delicate yet nourishing Dim Sum dishes.
