Lai Heen takes its place in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2018
Macau, China – November 30, 2017 – Located on the 51st floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Macau, Lai Heen has been awarded an illustrious Michelin Star for thesecond year in a row. Renowned for its finest level in culinary artistry, Lai Heen’s meticulously curated culinary journey enables it to take its place as a one Michelin-Starred restaurant in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2018. Receiving MichelinPlate is The Ritz-Carlton Café, a classic French brasserie offering signature French cuisine executed by Chef de Cuisine Raphaël Kinimo.

In celebration of the accolade, Lai Heen will be offering a limited-time MICHELIN Degustation Menu. The eight-course MICHELIN Degustation Dinner Menu, priced at MOP1,888* per guest, will be available at Lai Heen for guests looking to experience the finest culinary art at this newly awarded Michelin star fine-dining restaurant, offering delicacies from Pumpkin Soup with Bird’s Nest, Hokkaido Scallop and Cereal, Pan-seared Cod Fish Fillet with French Blue Mushroom, Preserved Vegetables and Pepper, and Fried Wild Rice accompanied with Whole Abalone in Oyster Sauce. To elevate the gastronomic journey, guests can also add MOP550* per guest for premium tea pairing, or add MOP750* per guest for luxury wine pairing.
