Guests can choose to celebrate with an afternoon tea set at the sophisticated The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge. The Romantic Afternoon Tea Set features sweet delights such as Rose Mousse, Strawberry Mille Feuille, Blueberry Meringue Tart and Rose Cherry Scone, and is available for MOP688** for two.

As day transforms into night, The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge will also evolve into the perfect evening destination for intimate conversation. The in-house mixologists will carefully craft cocktails for two at MOP188*, especially offering a smooth Whiskey-based cocktail for him and an aromatic Gin-based cocktail for her.

The Ritz-Carlton Café promises an understated yet romantic venue for couples. With the Parisian-inspired brasserie setting, couples can enjoy a four-course dinner including classic French dishes such as Pan Seared Monkfish and Roasted Veal Filet, with champagne pairings for MOP888* per person. Guests can also try Chef Raphaël Kinimo’s selection of Valentine’s Day-inspired desserts, including Candlelight Chocolate Fondue and Champagne Sabayon.  A complimentary rose will be presented to each couple as a token of love.

Lai Heen, situated on the 51/F of The Ritz-Carlton, will be pairing Chef Bill Fu’s culinary artistry together with breathtaking views of Cotai Macau. The finest level of craftsmanship is illustrated through a six-course dinner menu featuring Baked Half Lobster with Gruyère Cheese and Braised Whole Abalone with Seasonal Vegetable in Oyster Sauce, with champagne pairing. Indulgent Spa Treatments

For the ultimate Valentine’s Day indulgence, The ESPA within The Ritz-Carlton, Macau introduces the “My Sweetheart Package”. The unforgettable spa experience will begin with a 15-minute foot ritual, which includes the application of restorative bath oil and a sea-salt scrub to sooth and exfoliate the feet. This is followed by a 15-minute facial massage. Couples can then unwind together with a 90-minute ESPA Aromatherapy body massage with Jade Stone, set to revitalize and brighten tired skin, while reach the circulatory system to eliminate any toxins from the body.
