Macau, November 15, 2016 – Guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau have plenty to look forward to this holiday season, with “Santarina Ladies’ Night”, live dance entertainment acts and “Festive Noel” menus as they ring in Christmas with their friends and loved ones, and witness the magic of this well-loved season come alive. A myriad of dining offers will be available over the Christmas and New Year holidays for guests at the hotel’s dining outlets including The Ritz-Carlton Cafe, The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge and Lai Heen.  

Partake in Festive Noel Offerings at The Ritz-Carlton Cafe

Guests will be spoilt for choice the moment they step inside The Ritz-Carlton Cafe. The Festive Noel Brunch priced at MOP688* presents free flow champagne with classics like Grilled Beef Ribeye, Beurre a la mode de Chef Raphaël, Thyme Roasted Lamb Chops with Black Truffle Mashed Potato and Roasted Bresse Chicken with Mushroom Sauce and Potato Matafan from Savoie.

The Cafe Noel Dinner set, priced at MOP728* (or MOP988* with wine pairing), offers a choice of this season’s rendition of its well-loved Roast Chartreuse Marinated Turkey with Wild Mushrooms, Chestnut and Cherry Griotte or Beef Tenderloin in Crust, paired with Anna Potato and Black Truffle and ending with the Hazelnut Yule Log Cake. This menu is available on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

On New Years’ Eve and New Years’ Day, the Bonne Anne Sparkling Brunch priced at MOP688* will provide an indulgent experience, and seafood aficionados will be thrilled to know that the “La Fete” Dinner menu priced at MOP988* will offer St Michel Oyster, Lobster Bisque and Britany Blue Lobster, and Grilled Carabineros Prawn, which will be paired with Head Flan, Basilic Coulis and Herbs Salade.

Savor the Warmth of Christmas at The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge

On Christmas Eve, the Festive Aperitivo will serve free flow Veuve Clicquot champagne, cocktails, liquors and beer and unlimited oysters for just MOP288**. For the “Santarina” Ladies’ Night offer, there will also be free flow Veuve Clicquot champagne, a holiday cookie buffet, a lucky draw promotion and special appearances from Santa himself, all for an attractive price of MOP388*.

From December 1 to 25, guests may drink and savor Christmas with a series of Christmas themed cocktails priced at MOP108** per glass. They include Cocoa Matcha Merriness (vanilla-infused vodka, kahlua, espresso, matcha reduction and chocolate bitters); Cinnamon Cheers (bourbon, Grand Marnier, Angostura bitters and egg white) and Cranberry Christmas (red wine, Chambord, cranberry jam and spices). Vanilla lovers can also opt for the White Russian Christmas popsicle for a special treat.

With the merrymaking continuing throughout the month, revelers should not miss the New Year’s Eve party. At MOP588**, guests can usher in the New Year with live entertainers, specialty snack buffet and a glass of Dom Pérignon champagne in hand.

Indulge Yourselves with the Finest Offerings at Lai Heen

The hallmark style of Lai Heen has always been an “East-Meets-West” fusion approach and guests can expect nothing less for the holiday menus and promotions. The highlight, offered from December 24 to 26, is the Christmas Degustation menu priced at MOP1,688*. Eight tempting and visually appealing courses will be served, with an appetizer course comprising Marinated Foie Gras with Rose Liqueur, Alaskan Crab Cake with Purple Glutinous Rice, and Chilled Cherry Tomato with Osmanthus; concluding with a delightful dessert platter featuring Glutinous Rice Dumpling Strawberry Mousse, Baked Sago Pudding with Cointreau, Baked Almond Tartelette and Assorted Jelly with Coconut. Wine lovers can also add an additional MOP328* for free flow Veuve Clicquot, Rose, NV or MOP688* for free flow Dom Pérignon, Brut 2006.

On December 31 only, dine at the highest Chinese restaurant in Macau with the dinner set menu priced at MOP1,888* featuring premium seafood items such as Steamed Garoupa Fillet and Sea Urchin with Egg White, Double-boiled Snow Goose with Cordyceps, Fish Maw and Matsutake Mushroom, Deep Fried Crab Shell Filled with Alaskan and Three-spots Crabmeat and Braised Whole Abalone with Morel Mushroom and Vegetables.
