A full range of specialised ESPA treatments are available and include use of the spa facilities, including the thermal suite and relaxation areas.

To continue your spa experience at home, all products used in our treatments are available from the spa reception.

Thermal Suite
Prior to your treatment, we encourage you to enjoy the luxurious spa facilities to prepare your mind and body for the treatment experience to follow. The following include separate facilities for ladies and gentlemen:

    Crystal steam room
    Lifestyle experience showers
    Ice fountain
    Rock sauna
    Changing room
    Relaxation room

Spa Hours
Daily from 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. (last appointment)   

Arrival Time
The spa is located on level 55. You are encouraged to arrive 60 minutes prior to your treatment in order to change, relax and enjoy the facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. Hotel guests are invited to arrive at the spa wearing the robe and slippers provided in their hotel room, and we advise leaving all valuables in the safe of their accommodation.

Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please speak with our reception team, who will guide you toward selecting the appropriate treatment for your needs. To ensure your preferred time and service is available, we recommend booking your treatment in advance.

Hotel guests can dial the Spa Experience button on their room telephone. From outside the hotel, please call +86 21 2020 1818. A minimum booking of two hours’ treatment time is required for non-hotel guests and must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Spa Etiquette
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, mobile phones, pagers and smoking are not allowed.

Please allow our team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.

Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available and make the ideal gift for someone special. Please contact the spa for details.

Prices
All prices are in RMB and subject to a 15% surcharge. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
