Shenzhen, China – July 1, 2016 – The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C has announced the appointment of Alan Jin as Hotel Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen. An experienced hotelier with a cosmopolitan background, Alan will strive to look for new ways to make modern travelers’ stay experience more memorable, anticipating guests’ ever-changing expectations.

With almost two decades of working with luxury hotels in China and across the globe, Alan joined The Ritz-Carlton organization in 2007, at The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya and successfully led the opening of the hotel as Director of Rooms. With his outstanding performance in leading the team, he was recognized as “Leader of the Year” in 2009. In 2014, his superior leadership skills earned him a promotion to Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen. During his tenure, Alan played a pivotal role in driving customer engagement to maintain the hotel’s number one rank on TripAdvisor among hotels in Shenzhen.
