Tianjin, China, May 1, 2017 – This May, the heavenly essence of art will abound at The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin where the famous Chef Yann Bernard Lejard (YBL) from The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa will prepare a culinary feast and place his artistic creations on plate over a period of four days to indulge food connoisseurs in Tianjin.

Invited by Executive Chef Ornato Antunes from The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, the award-winning Chef YBL will bring his talents to present a unique dining experience featuring a combination of European cuisine and artful plating. YBL will be no stranger to food enthusiasts in Tianjin. From May 8 to 11, 2017 guests will be treated to an extraordinary dining experience that is set to create a most unexpected journey of fine dining with art of craft.

YBL is from France and he has worked in many Michelin-starred restaurants and Leading Hotels across the globe. Using from the simplest product to the most expensive is one philosophy that reveals the best side of his cooking style. YBL is always aware of the worldwide movement and trends to work out his own creations in cooking.
