Tianjin, China, July 2, 2016 – This summer, the heavenly essence of nature will abound at The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin from July 22 to 24, 2016 where India’s famous Michelin-starred Chef Anupam Banerjee from The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore will prepare a culinary feast over a period of three days to indulge food connoisseurs in Tianjin.

Invited by Executive Chef Ornato from The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, the award-winning Chef Anupam will bring his talents to present a unique Michelin star dining experience featuring a combination of traditional flavors and innovative culinary techniques. Chef Anupam will be no stranger to food enthusiasts in Tianjin. From July 22 to 24, 2016 guests will be treated to an extraordinary dining experience that is set to create a most unexpected journey of fine dining.

Awarded one Michelin Star for 2 consecutive years in 2010 and 2011 and awarded 15 points on Gault Millau, Chef Anupam has previously served at numerous Michelin star restaurants including Alain Soliveres, a 2 Michelin Star restaurant in Hotel Vernet. He has worked with celebrity chefs including Pierre Gagnaire, Charlie Trotters, Jean Fleury and Lea Linster. Chef Anupam is now working for The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore as the Executive Chef.

Since opening its door, The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, has constantly looked for ways to spice up its usual offerings of Chinese, Southeast Asian and Western cuisines as well as classic British afternoon tea, by inviting renowned chefs from around the world to bring an international gourmet experience to Tianjin. This special three-day culinary feast is the latest effort of The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, to deliver a different Michelin star dining experience.
