Tianjin, China, 1 June, 2017 – Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, Ornato Antunes, has specially invited Chef I Made Suriana from Bali, to showcase the tropical flavors of Balinese cuisine and create an exciting Southeast Asian food discovery for guests in Tianjin at ZEST from 12 to 15 June 2017.

Over the last few centuries, Indonesia’s interaction with other civilizations of the world has brought about a wonderful combination of different flavors. Balinese cuisine is a classic example with its perfect blend of special characteristics of food culture from different countries. Chef I Made Suriana is currently the Chef De Cuisine at Seafood Grill, the restaurant of The Sanya EDITION. Inspired by his mother’s home-cooking, Chef I Made started his career in culinary. Throughout a cooking career that has spanned 20 years, Chef I Made with a deeply passion in Southeast Asian food has been worked for many luxury hotels to elevate his craft.
