CLEVELAND, OHIO – October 11, 2016 – Sunday brunch and an apple tour de force are the stars of two new offerings at The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland this month. With Chef Sören Richard Arnoldi at the helm, the culinary team of Muse at Lobby Lounge on 6 has devoted its October Farmers Market menu to the wonders of the apple, presenting three courses featuring apples and the option of paired wines. Additionally, the hotel’s Sunday Brunch is back, just in time for game-viewing throughout the season.

New menu highlights are as follows and are offered in addition to the hotel’s existing breakfast lunch and dinner menus:


FIRST COURSE:  Apple Terrine with Seared Foie Gras, Apple Crumble and Cognac Apple Compote

MAIN COURSE:  Hazelnut-Crusted Trout with Apple/Cranberry/Butternut Farro, Cider-Braised Fennel, Apple Citrus Slaw and Bacon Brown Butter

DESSERT:            Apple Ice Cream Terrine with Almond Tulip Cookie, Macaron Crust and Apple Caramel Sauce

Sunday Brunch and game viewing at The Ritz-Carlton is a seasonal à la carte delight now offered on Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
